      <title>Meshwork Accountabilities</title>

      <description>Holacracy any one?...&lt;br /&gt;The other week my business partenr and I had an insight into the design of a meshwork.&amp;nbsp; Let me begin by defining a meshwork.&amp;nbsp; It is an organized system of organizations that meet the needs of a civilization.&amp;nbsp; It is a meld of business, government, and non-profits.&amp;nbsp; All of these organizations are meeting the needs of members of a civilization, a meshwork is an opportunity fo them to work as a seamless whole.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;How do these organizations work in concert so that they are truly a system and not just another heap?&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;In exploring this question we saw one aspect clearly.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;Just as Holarchic organizations are organized as systems in part by clearly defining what each memebr is accountable for, in a meshwork each organization is accountable for select functions of the civilization.&amp;nbsp; Its a fractal pattern of accountabilities that go from the individuals accountabilities up to the organizations accountabilities and up to the accountabilities of humanity itself.&amp;nbsp; Now there is an intersting topic to explore!&amp;nbsp; Pleae join in...</description>
